Thad Riley is the husband of Melanie, a Dad to six, and a small business owner. He’s written two books, hosts a podcast, mentored men and families in crisis, and spent a decade as the leader in the telecom industry. He’s an accomplished indoor cycling instructor, and has run endurance races all over the country.

In 2009 Thad began a new health journey, and in about a year went from being morbidly obese to losing one hundred fifty pounds. Thad credits “developing healthy eating habits, running, and my community” as his keys to success. He’s inspired countless friends to start running, get fit, and learn more about their health.

From working in homeless shelters in Chicago; to bringing laughter, resources and hope to poor children in the Appalachians; to coaching his kid’s basketball and soccer teams, and to serving on his local school board, community service has always been a big part of Thad’s life since he was a youth. Thad’s passion to serve the residents of Brentwood continues today in his campaign to be our next State Representative.

We need a new kind of representative in Brentwood, an outsider who is trusted and can bring our town together. A servant leader who isn’t afraid to listen to and engage with the entire community, and someone with the vision to move us into 2025 and beyond. Brentwood deserves a representative who understands the challenges we face are worth fighting for, and will fight for a brighter tomorrow.
